The Eco-Friendly Seating Object for Pet owners

This dual-purpose furniture serves as a fantastic lounging spot for humans, offering a comfortable retreat to relax and unwind. Meanwhile, it transforms into an interactive playground for cats, who can delight in navigating through the tubes, providing mental stimulation and a scratching haven with colorful cotton fibers. not only promotes eco-friendliness but also fosters a harmonious environment for both human and feline occupants. The project prioritizes the use of reusable materials and incorporates acrylic components to enhance the overall design with a fluid, modern aesthetic.

  • Tube Structure: The project employs interconnected laundry and restaurant cellphone tubes as the primary structure, offering flexibility and mobility for users.

  • Persian Carpet Waves Integration: Waste over from Persian carpet waves is creatively repurposed to wrap the tubes, introducing the distinctive "Tide Colors" aesthetic. The wrapping process, done individually for each tube, draws inspiration from the varying lengths of carpet remnants.

  • Colorful Cotton Fiber Scratchers: To cater to feline instincts, the tubes feature built-in scratchers with colorful cotton fibers, providing both entertainment and mental stimulation  for cats.

  • Sustainability Measures:

  • Acrylic Components: Strategically incorporated acrylic materials not only add a modern and flowing aesthetic but also signify a commitment to durability. Acrylic components enhance the overall longevity of the product, aligning with the project's sustainability goals.

In considering the design of the sitting object, a key aspect I focused on was creating an interactive space for cats. The incorporation of tubes allows cats to effortlessly navigate in and out, providing a dynamic environment for them to explore. This not only caters to their natural instincts but also adds an element of playfulness to the overall design.

What's noteworthy is that the sitting object is designed to be cat-friendly in more ways than one. Cats tend to claim furniture as their own by scratching or grabbing onto it.

In essence, the design ensures that the sitting object isn't just for human relaxation but is a shared space that accommodates the needs and behaviors of our feline friends. It's about creating a harmonious living environment where both humans and cats can coexist comfortably, adding an extra layer of functionality and charm to the overall design.

In this design, the tubes not only offer a captivating structure for them to interact with but also serve as a convenient grab-and-go for the cats. This not only minimizes concerns about potential damage to the sitting object but also provides a designated and attractive space for their enjoyment.
